To be eligible to register and use an xa555 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:
xa555 takes underage access extremely seriously. If xa555 discovers or reasonably suspects that an Account is held by, or has been used by, an individual under the age of 21, xa555 will immediately suspend the Account, void all transactions processed during the period of underage access, and forfeit all associated balances. Any Real Funds deposited during that period will be returned net of any amounts already withdrawn.
Each individual may hold only one (1) xa555 Account. The existence of duplicate accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

xa555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any deposit transaction and to delay crediting the relevant amount to your PKR Wallet pending completion of such checks. xa555 may refuse or reverse a deposit where fraud, error, or policy violation is suspected.
Withdrawals of Real Funds are subject to the following conditions:
xa555 processes withdrawal requests 24 hours a day, including weekends and Pakistani public holidays. Standard processing times are: JazzCash (5–15 minutes), EasyPaisa (7–15 minutes), and bank transfer (15–60 minutes), though actual delivery times may be affected by the receiving institution's processing schedule.
xa555 may withhold or delay a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, fraud investigation, or resolution of a bonus wagering dispute. xa555 will notify the Player of any such delay and the reason therefor as promptly as practicable.
xa555 offers various promotional bonuses to Pakistani players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be converted to Real Funds and withdrawn. While a wagering requirement is active on your Account, you may not place any single bet or game stake exceeding Rs 500 (or such other limit as xa555 may specify in the relevant bonus terms) using Bonus Funds or in circumstances where bonus funds could contribute to completing the wagering requirement. Bets in excess of this limit during a wagering period may, at xa555's discretion, result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the applicable period will be forfeited automatically.
xa555 actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance play designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple Accounts, or exploitation of apparent errors in bonus terms. xa555 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend Accounts, where bonus abuse is determined to have occurred.
xa555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable. Modifications will not apply retroactively to bonuses already accepted and in active wagering progress.
All casino games available on the xa555 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and table games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness in accordance with xa555's international gaming licence requirements. In-play odds are updated in real time and xa555 cannot guarantee that in-play prices will remain available throughout the event. xa555 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time. Bets accepted prior to a market suspension will stand unless otherwise stated in xa555's sport-specific rules.
xa555 will endeavour to settle markets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. Official results from the relevant sport's governing body will be used for settlement purposes. xa555 may delay settlement pending confirmation of official results where the outcome is disputed or subject to official review.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xa555 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct may have their Account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

In the event of Account closure for reasons other than Prohibited Conduct, xa555 will return the Real Funds balance of the Player's PKR Wallet via the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their xa555 Account may do so at any time by contacting xa555 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within one (1) business day.

When material changes are made, xa555 will notify Players via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the xa555 Platform.
